According to a 2006 Gallup survey, 53% of North Carolinians said they attend church or synagogue once a week or almost every week. That’s 11% greater than the national average.

Since 1754, when Cumberland County first formed, the residents of this region have participated in a vast array of religious events and services. Just about every religious group and denomination is represented in our community.

In compiling this database, we started with a list of more than 700 churches and attempted to contact each of them.  Only those organizations that we were able to verify are included in our database. If your church is missing, please let us know at contact@the910411.com.
